Case Series: Whole sellar treatment with Gamma Knife for pituitary adenomas and Cushing’s disease.

In a 36-year-old female patient with a history of fatigue, easy bruising, anxiety and thinning hair, inferior petrosal sinus sampling confirmed pituitary etiology to her excessive cortisol production. While she underwent a transsphenoidal resection and had an initial remission, she later recurred. She did not desire lifelong medical therapy for her Cushing's disease and therefore received Gamma Knife radiosurgery.
