Case Series: Gamma Knife for trigeminal neuralgia patients
An 83-year-old male presented with the right-sided sharp, shooting facial pain in the right V2/V3 region. He had undergone microvascular decompression 15 years earlier for a large dolichoectatic vertebrobasilar artery with good relief. He requires escalating medications and is suffering from fatigue and difficulties with daily activities.
